Tojay Terms and Conditions for Pakistani Players

1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Tojay. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and Tojay ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing the Tojay website, creating an account, making a deposit or participating in any game, bet or promotion offered on the platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Tojay platform. Continued use of any part of the platform after these Terms have been updated constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the Tojay platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Tojay is strictly an adults-only platform. Players under the age of 18 are not permitted to register or use any part of the platform under any circumstances.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited for you personally.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, affiliate or immediate family member of a Tojay employee or affiliate partner.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not already hold another active Tojay account. Each player is permitted one account only.

Tojay reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If verification documents are not provided within the requested timeframe, Tojay may suspend or close the account and withhold any balance pending investigation.

3. Account Registration

When registering a Tojay account, you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information. This includes your real name, a valid mobile number, date of birth and any other details requested during the registration process. Providing false information is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

You are responsible for keeping your account login credentials — username and password — confidential. Do not share your account details with any other person. Tojay will never contact you by phone or message to request your password. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify Tojay support immediately.

• One account per player. Duplicate accounts are not permitted and will be merged or closed without notice.
• Account information must reflect your real identity. Fictitious names or aliases are not accepted.
• You must keep your contact details up to date, particularly your mobile number linked to JazzCash or Easypaisa.
• Tojay reserves the right to conduct identity verification checks at any stage of your account lifecycle.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on the Tojay platform are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Tojay currently supports the following payment methods for Pakistani players: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and other supported mobile wallets.

Deposits are credited to your Tojay wallet once the payment has been confirmed by the payment provider. JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits typically process very quickly. Delays caused by the payment provider's own processing times are outside Tojay's control.

• You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Depositing from someone else's JazzCash, Easypaisa or bank account is not permitted.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply per transaction and per payment method. These limits are displayed in the deposit section of your account.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account that matches the name on your Tojay account.
• Tojay reserves the right to request documentation before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first withdrawals or unusually large amounts.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by method. Estimated timelines are displayed in the withdrawal section of your account dashboard.
• Tojay does not charge a fee for standard withdrawals to JazzCash or Easypaisa, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Tojay reserves the right to reverse a deposit or delay a withdrawal if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering or a violation of these Terms. In such cases, you will be notified and the relevant account review process will begin.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

From time to time, Tojay may offer bonuses, free bets, deposit match promotions or other promotional offers to players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that will be communicated at the time the offer is presented. The general bonus rules below apply to all Tojay promotions unless otherwise stated.

• Bonuses are intended for personal, recreational use by the account holder only. Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer — will result in the bonus being voided and the account being reviewed.
• Wagering requirements (also called rollover requirements) must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each offer will be clearly stated in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses have validity periods. Any bonus balance not used within the stated validity window will expire automatically.
• Certain game types or bet types may contribute differently to wagering requirements. For example, bets on certain sports markets or specific slot titles may be excluded or contribute at a reduced rate. This will be stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Tojay reserves the right to amend, suspend or discontinue any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the terms of a promotion, Tojay's decision is final.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the Tojay platform — including slots, live casino, bingo, fish games and any other titles in the game lobby — are operated using certified random number generation (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are determined independently and cannot be influenced by the player, the platform or any external party.

• In the event of a technical fault during a game round (disconnection, server error, power failure), the round outcome will be determined by the game's technical log. Tojay will not accept manual override requests based on a player's recollection of a game state.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage in games is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure.
• Live casino game results are determined by the live dealer on camera and are final once the round is closed. Disputes must be raised with support within 24 hours of the game round in question.
• Tojay's game providers are responsible for the integrity of their individual game titles. In the event of a confirmed technical error by a game provider that materially affected the outcome, the affected round may be voided and stakes returned.

7. Sports Betting Rules

The Tojay sports betting section covers cricket — including PSL, T20 internationals and ICC tournaments — as well as football, esports and other sports. All bets are subject to the following general rules in addition to any sport-specific rules that may apply.

• All bets are placed in PKR. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market and are displayed at the time of bet placement.
• Odds are subject to change before a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the moment of bet confirmation are the odds that will apply to the bet.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to availability and connectivity. Tojay is not liable for bets not placed due to network issues on the player's end.
• If a sporting event is cancelled, postponed or abandoned, standard void rules apply. Bets on events that are voided will have stakes returned to the player's wallet.
• Bets placed on incorrect odds due to a pricing error may be voided at Tojay's discretion, with full stake refunded.
• Cricket match betting is subject to DLS (Duckworth-Lewis-Stern) method outcomes for weather-affected matches. Reduced-over games count as valid for bets where the DLS result applies.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the Tojay platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities.

• Registering more than one account on Tojay.
• Using another person's identity or payment credentials to register or deposit.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through collusion, software exploits or any technical means.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any activity connected to financial crime.
• Exploiting bonuses or promotions through coordinated activity across multiple accounts.
• Threatening, harassing or abusing Tojay staff or other platform users through any communication channel.
• Accessing the platform through unauthorised automated means, including scraping, crawling or data extraction tools.

9. Responsible Gaming

Tojay is committed to responsible gaming. We provide tools to help players maintain control of their gaming activity, and we encourage all players to use these tools proactively. Gaming at Tojay should be entertainment — not a financial strategy or a response to stress or financial difficulty.

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily or weekly cap on how much PKR you can add to your account. Once set, limits cannot be increased immediately — a cooling-off period applies.
• Session Time Reminders: Set a maximum session duration. Tojay will notify you when your time limit is approaching.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the platform. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the chosen period.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a short break from gaming without fully closing your account.

10. Account Suspension and Closure

Tojay reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at any time if we have reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The account holder has violated any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• The account is being used for fraudulent, criminal or deceptive purposes.
• The player has provided false registration information or verification documents.
• The player has engaged in prohibited conduct as described in Section 8 above.
• A chargeback or payment reversal has been initiated against a deposit made to the account.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the player's balance will be held and not released until the investigation is concluded. If the investigation confirms a violation, the balance may be forfeited in whole or in part depending on the nature of the breach.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account can do so by contacting Tojay support. Any remaining eligible balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method after standard verification checks have been completed.

11. Limitation of Liability

Tojay provides the platform on an "as available" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. To the maximum extent permitted, Tojay's total liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• Tojay is not liable for losses caused by internet outages, device failures or network disruptions on the player's end during a game session or bet placement.
• Tojay is not liable for losses resulting from the player sharing their account credentials with a third party.
• Tojay is not liable for any indirect, consequential or speculative losses of any kind.
• Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

12. Privacy and Data

Tojay collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering a Tojay account, you consent to the collection, storage and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

13. Amendments to These Terms

Tojay may update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly. For significant changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players through the platform or via the contact details held on their account.

Your continued use of the Tojay platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account and withdraw any eligible balance.
